No. TourSmith works from your existing real photos, licensed for this use. There is no filming appointment to arrange.

Can I see my own listing before buying?
Yes. Request one free sample video of your own listing, delivered as a watermarked preview. We produce it only after receiving licensed photos and your written photo-use permission. You can review it before deciding whether to purchase.
What photo permission do you need?
Written confirmation that you have authority to let TourSmith use the supplied photos for video production. If a photographer supplied the photos, confirm that the license allows this use before sending them.
What is the difference between the branded and unbranded versions?
The branded version includes your agent branding. The unbranded version omits that branding. Both include a disclosure line and a link to the original photos.
Which version should I upload to my listing?
Check your MLS’s and brokerage’s current requirements for the video, disclosure, and originals-link destination before posting. We provide an unbranded version so you have that option available.
Do I have to choose a monthly plan?
No. The Single Listing Video is a $129 one-time purchase. The Team and Brokerage Packs are available when you need recurring listing-video production.
